Butter Me Up Creamery provides refrigerated mail-order shipping within the contiguous United States. We are dedicated to ensuring your flavored butter pods arrive in peak condition, ready to elevate your culinary creations.

Flat-rate shipping of $25 per order with unlimited butter pod quantity.

Temperature Control & Handling

All orders are packed in specialized insulated shipping containers with temperature-control elements to maintain product integrity during transit.
Customers must retrieve packages immediately upon delivery to prevent excessive exposure to ambient temperatures.
Promptly refrigerate all butter products after inspection.

Delivery Expectations

Delivery dates are provided as estimates only. Carrier delays due to high volume, logistics, or mechanical issues may occur.
Weather conditions, holidays, remote destinations, and carrier-specific constraints may affect transit times.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable mailing address.
Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered the processing phase.
