3. Products, Availability, Pricing, Taxes, Payment and Order Acceptance
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change prices and correct errors. Payment is due at the time of order placement. Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of an order.
4. Refrigerated Mail-Order Delivery and Prompt Retrieval and Refrigeration
- Products are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs.
- You are responsible for prompt retrieval of the delivery.
- Products must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt to maintain food safety.
5. Returns Under the Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for specific conditions regarding damaged or incorrect items.
6. Inspection, Food Safety and Allergens
Inspect all items upon delivery. Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens. Read all labels carefully before consumption. Butter Me Up is not liable for allergic reactions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Butter Me Up Creamery LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Home Culinary Use Only, Not Commercial Food Service
Our products are intended for individual home culinary use. They are not intended for resale or use in a commercial food service setting without explicit prior written consent.

We may use third-party payment processors and shipping carriers. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
